A out-of-the-ordinary sauna break in Brittany
What would you say to a sauna session between two walks and outdoor activities, before a wonderful night in one of our eco lodges?
Our estate has a 4-person sauna cabin, accessible from 16 years up, installed outdoors at the heart of our wellness area. It promises extreme relaxation, surrounded by our large forest and lulled by Brittany's many legends.
The benefits of a sauna session
Our sauna has a controlable thermostat allowing the temperature to be precisely regulated upwards of 70 degrees.
Givern the high temperature, your heartbeat will increase and your blood vessels will dilate, which leads to strong feelings of relaxation.
After your session, your body will immediately encounter the freshness of the outdoor air.
Alternating temperatures will optimise the benefits of the sauna: purifying your body, increasing your immune defences, eliminating toxins from the skin etc.
How can you enjoy our sauna?
Access to the sauna is available:
- During your stay in our eco lodges (tree house cabin, yurt, tree house lodge or Nid’île tree dome) during a one hour session of "hot tub + sauna".
The sauna is also popular with our customers for a romantic weekend in Brittany, a Valentine’s Day gift, hen parties, breaks with friends in eco lodges etc.
Please note: a changing room is available near the sauna and the toilet block is located 15 metres away. Access to the sauna is adults only. It is not available to pregnant women and we would advise against it for anyone suffering from heart problems.
Our Sauna is accessible for €60 during a one hour session WITH hot tub only. Book it with your stay.
